What’s inside?

Career Reconnect for Women in Finance is a structured, industry-focused programme supporting women to think strategically about their careers within the New Zealand finance landscape. Through facilitated workshops, practical tools, peer discussion, and individual coaching, participants develop a clear career strategy, strengthen their professional identity, and build confidence to take their next step. You will finish the programme with a personalised career success plan, an expanded professional network of finance peers, and a clearer leadership presence within your organisation.

Module 2 — Reflection: Understanding your career journey

Explore how you arrived at your current role, what you’ve learned, and how your experience positions you for future leadership.

Module 3 — Observation: Navigating the external landscape

Understand regulatory change, fintech disruption, market shifts and what they mean for your career strategy.

Module 5 — Reputation: Personal brand & leadership presence

Develop how you present yourself, communicate your value, and position your expertise within your organisation.

  • $3275 + GST per person.

  • Minimum six women per programme with a maximum of 12. Maximum of 3 from one organisation per cohort.

  • The next intake dates are run on Wednesdays, every two weeks starting Wednesday 4 March 2026 from 12.00-2.00pm.

  • There are six 2-hour modules

  • Yes. While the programme includes one 1:1 coaching session, you have the option of adding further 1:1 sessions to support you individually as well as in the group, to develop and achieve your goals.
