Speaking
It’s time to inspire the working parents in your organisation.
The vast majority of your people are either working parents now – or may be in the future. So how do you inspire them to bring their best to both work and their families, and support them to bring their work, self, and whanau into harmony? I’m passionate about speaking with groups of working parents – showing them how to bring their best selves to work and life, and inspiring them to do more than just survive the juggle.
My Experience
Across my career, I have worked one-on-one and at an organisational level, both in-house and across organisations, which enables me to bring a rich diversity of thinking and experiences to the fore. Over the past two decades, I’ve created numerous bespoke speaking experiences for organisations that help inspire working parents and give them the tools to bring self, mahi, and whānau into harmony. I also love speaking to large groups at conferences, and events or bringing my perspective to panel discussions and workshop sessions.
Topics I can speak to
I’m happy to create a customised presentation just for your organisation – but to kick off the conversation, here are a few topics I am happy speaking to:
Taming the ‘struggle of the juggle’
The intersection of career and working parenthood
Strategies for work-life integration and showing up as your whole self
Releasing your leadership potential without compromising your family
